This course is delivered in two components. Component #1: self-paced e-Learning (~5hrs for participants to complete). Component #2: Zoom sessions with Nic (5hrs).
You will be equipped with knowledge, skills, confidence and a practical and evidence-based action plan to recognise, understand and respond to another adult experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis. Throughout this course, you will have the opportunity to practice new skills in a safe learning environment.
